"I have just previously moved to West Byfleet from London with my wife and 2 year old daughter. We have moved from Balham where local residents successfully quashed the proposal for a similar center. Although I had no direct role in overturning the decision I supported the protests where I could. I am absolutely disgusted by this proposal and will happily offer my support and services in any way I can. I am sure that we can stop this proposal in the same way that the local residents of Balham did. Please feel free to contact me"

"My wife and I only discovered about the site / campaign on Saturday and are very concerned - we have a beautiful 2 yr old daughter. I am only sorry I didn't find out sooner, as I would have been to the demonstrations and provided some help where possible. I do not know what help I may be able to provide, but I am willing to volunteer and help where I can."

"I and my husband live in near this proposed centre. I am 5 months pregnant and we are very worried about the proposed Day care unit at Silverlands. My sister and Brother live nearby and have a 3 and a half year old son and a 6 month old daughter. My sister has been protesting today in Addlestone ( I am unfortunatley at work!). Please send me all details as and when they come in. We will be at the candle lit group on Friday 2nd November when we finish work. We can't believe that the Home Office thinks that this would be a good place to rehab people like these."

"As a mother of two young children in Chobham, one who is only 2 years old and profoundly deaf through meningitis at 4 months old, I feel greatly disturbed about the proposed paedophile hostel at Silverlands. All children are at risk, however, children with learning or sensory difficulties are more so as they cannot perceive danger as well. I am more than happy for you to use me in whatever way you can to assist in supporting your campaign. Please advise me what I can do to help."Just in case you thought you were lone in this campaign the Campaign committee would like you to read the following support ....

"To Whom It May Concern. Please add me to the Silverlands mailing list as a concerned resident. I have just sent off my letters."
